My thirteen year old son is an advanced reader, and he reads a ton. He's an obsessive reader, and I was concerned that the novel was too young for him or below his reading level. He loved it. He thought it was a great book, and I view him as an expert because of all his reading. This is a great adventure story for kids, especially boys.Product details

Great book full of adventure and lessons on faith and trust. Kids and adults with a child's heart will enjoy it.
A clever vehicle for discovering the heart of Jesus and imagining what it might have been like for those who lived in his time, and became changed individuals because of his life, death, and resurrection. I look forward to the sequels.
I only gave it 4 stars because of the crooked horizon line on the cover. I'm a stickler for stuff like that.
